Sun & Lynn (HK) was established in Hong Kong in 2002 with a production facility in Bao'an, Shenzhen. We supply regular PCBs, heavy copper PCBs, aluminum- or copper-based PCBs, hybrid PCBs, HDI and more, with mass production layer count ranging from two to 24 layers. Our products are applied in communication and consumer electronics, power supplies, automotives, medical equipment, industrial control, security products, and more.
Our plant covers around 30,000 square meters and houses 1,500 staff. We have a monthly capacity of 80,000 square meters. Small sample orders of at least $240 worth of items are accepted. For urgent bulk orders, we can provide:
- Two-layer PCBs in five working days
- Four- to six-layer PCBs in 10 working days
- Eight-layer PCBs in four working days
Lead time for PCBs with more than 10 layers or special PCBs depends on the product.
We utilize over 200 advanced machines from Germany, Japan, Italy, the UK, the US, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Materials used include FR4, Teflon, Rogers, aluminum and hybrids. Surface finishing includes ENIG, OSP, gold plating (soft/hard), HASL, imm. silver, imm. tin, tin plating, carbon ink and selective. Moreover, a new 24,000-square-meter plant will be ready in Q1 of 2012 for high-end FPC and HDI PCB production.
